Date: Available all year round by reservation.
Hours of exercises (yoga classes, meditations outdoors): 8:00 am to 9:30 a.m.
Schedule daily meals: Breakfast 9:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m. Lunch and 6:30 p.m. Dinner
Sunday
2 PM at 2:30 p.m. > Accommodation in cabins.
3 pm at 5:30 p.m. > Talk introductory activities during their stay.
Brief history of the ranch and tour the facilities.
6:30 pm > Welcome dinner and campfire icebreaker.
Monday
Food, juice therapy (Optional).
Relaxation massage for 50 mins. (You will designate your schedule).
4:30 pm > Temazcal and barroterapia welcome.
Tuesday
Food, juice therapy (Optional).
Note: The first two days are relaxed because your body is not accustomed to eating only fruit juices and for some it is heavy, but if you feel well, you can do some other optional activities.
Wednesday
Food: Diet soft
After breakfast, hiking, kayaking and fishing for prawns.
2:00 pm 4:30 pm > Cooking class to draw up grading recipes ranch.
6:30 pm > Dinner menu, everything we learned to cook.
Thursday
Food: normal diet
10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. > Tips on nutrition and herbs that grow on the ranch (Let's go to court to identify them).
1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. > Manufacture of apricot.
6:30 pm > Temazcal farewell.
Friday
Food: normal diet.
10:30 a.m. > Relaxation massage farewell (50 mins.).
12:00 p.m. > Talk on feedback from participants.
1:00 pm > Output (Check out).
